Hey! can i use your wall paper as background to a photomanip concerning a subject related to government separation of powers (philippines)? The printed material will be distributed to a population of approx 10 000 students. it's in a student publication, i don't know about commercial use but i suppose this is not commercial use, nevertheless it is official. your work lends the perfect amount of hint of seriousness to the photomanip i did in reference to the cold walls of the senate/court. it is the most appropriate, i suppose and i ask your permission...
